Job Summary

We are looking for Machine Setter/Fitter with minimum of one year experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various machinery and tools to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Configure and set up machinery and filters according to specifications and production schedules.
• • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to produce products that meet design specifications, ensuring filters are correctly installed and functioning.
• • Keep an eye on machine performance and fix any issues that arise.
• • Inspect finished products for quality and report any problems
• • Troubleshoot issues with logic controllers and other mechanical systems as they arise.
• • Identify machine problems and perform minor repairs when needed.
• • Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes and improve efficiency.
• • Follow safety guidelines to keep the workplace safe.

Requirements:

• • Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, especially with machine operation.
• • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
• • Attention to detail.
• • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating initiative in individual tasks.
• • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
